🔸Justice Narasimha Reddy , currently Chancellor Central Univ of Hyderabsd was the Chief guest.

🔸Dr.T Hanuman Chowdary Padma Shri awardee and

🔸Prof Sanjeev Kumar Sharma, Vice Chancellor of Central Univ of Bihar, Motihari were special guests.

🔸Sri Sunil Ambekar, AB prachaar pramukh of RSS was the main speaker.Justice Reddy and Dr Chowdary touched upon the role of literature in the freedom movement esp in Telugu states. Dr Sharma spoke about how our Bharatiya literature was an integrator. He said that it is unfortunate that literary fests have been taken hostage for decades and now Litfests like Golkonda Litfest are opening a new vista for writers with a national view..🔹Sunil ji spoke on the how the main purpose of literature was to elevate and for Lok Kalyan. He concluded by saying that a flood of such literature is required.

✅ Prize distribution to young writers was also organised.

✅ The 2 day Litfest was inaugurated with a grand opening ceremony on 20th Nov.

✅ The inaugural address was given by Sri Bandaru Dattatreya Hon’ble Govt of Haryana.

✅ Elderly litteratue Sri K Suprasannacharya was felicitated on the occasion. He expressed happiness at the initiative.

✅ Union Min for Culture Sri Kishan Reddy spoke about how the next 25 years are crucial..

✅ Sri Bhagaiah ,AB karyakarini sadasya of RSS gave an inspiring keynote address on literature in developing character.

✅ Overall, over the two days, in addition to the inaugural and valedictory

1. Three-panel discussions covering Role of Literature & Lok Sahitya, Unsung movements and Unsung Heroes..Attendees for panels were full-time delegates who paid 100/- as a fee. The rest of the events were open.

3. Cultural events
4. Yuva writers session.
5. Anuvarti
6. Contest for young writers.
7. Photo exhibition on freedom moment
8. Book exhibition.
9. Videos on the Liberation struggle of Hyderabad
10. A second venue event at Madhapur, Hitech city.

✅ Samachara Bharati organized the event. Sahitya Parishad, Samskara Bharati, Itihaas Sankalan, Jagriti were primary partner organisations for the fest. Approx 1100 persons participated in the overall event in spite of the rains. 50 prabandhaks involved their energy in making the event successful.
